Miso ramen with karaage chicken
A quick take on Japanese ramen with white miso and ready-crispy karaage, built for a great dinner at home.
Notes
Don't boil the miso. If the broth is too intense, thin it with a little hot water. If it's too mild, dissolve another teaspoon of miso in a ladleful of broth. Cook the noodles separately so their starch doesn't cloud the base.
The Soul of the Bowl
Authenticity
Why it's worth it
They have that elastic and firm texture, with a bite that doesn't soften in hot soup. Instant freezing, immediately after boiling, is truly the secret that captures the fresh noodle texture, like at a ramen restaurant in Japan. 1 kg pack in 5 portions of 200 g, ready in minutes directly from the freezer.

How to enjoy
For miso ramen, first build a flavorful broth, then turn off the heat and dissolve the Shiro Miso paste separately, without boiling it. Cook the ramen noodles separately and add them to the bowl just before serving. Heat the Karaage Chicken separately, so it remains crispy on top of the soup.
