Romanian-style surimi salad
Surimi salad is a Romanian festive-table classic. The raw material makes the difference: premium surimi has a high share of real fish meat, a firm texture and clean sweetness, without the watery taste of cheap versions.
Notes
Kewpie binds the salad creamier than regular mayonnaise and adds umami. Surimi Maki Sticks work identically in this recipe, they are the larger format of the same product.
