Bring the water to a boil and place the Rice Mango straight from the freezer into a lined basket, without crowding the parcels.

Close the lid and steam the parcels until the rice is soft and heated all the way through, and the pandan aroma becomes evident.

Make the coconut sauce
Warm the Coconut Milk with the sugar and a pinch of salt, stirring until dissolved. Don't boil it hard. The sauce should stay smooth.

Remove the desserts carefully and take out the wooden sticks. Keep the pandan leaf closed until the plate reaches the table.
